Items should be free of rips, stains, tears, smells and in current style.  We start accepting fall clothing in August and Spring clothing in February.   Quality clothing sells best: Gymboree, Polo, Gap, Mimi's, Motherhood Items should be neatly folded or placed on children’s hangers.  Clothing will not be accepted in grocery bags or tied garbage bags. Equipment: All toys must be in safe, working condition with all parts and include batteries. Please check recall list to check your item before bringing it to the store.  Any recalled item with be disposed of.   We do not accept: car seats, booster seats, travel systems stroller or carrier, mattresses or breast pump tubing.   Pricing and Payment: All consignors will be charged a $5.00 computer set up fee. There is a  50/50 percent split of final sale price. Money can be picked up at anytime or a check will be mailed once a quarter. We will list your items for 30 days at the starting price.  After 30 days, the item will be discounted 25% off.  After 45 days, the item will be discounted 40% off.  After 60 days, your will be contacted about when you can pick up your items. Bubble’s Kids may extend the length of your consignment.  Once your items are pulled, you are welcome to pick up any unsold items within 7 days.  After 7 days, all remaining items become property of Bubble's Kids .  Holiday and end of season items will be sold and discounted at the discretion of Bubble's Kids. Bubble’s Kids may hold sales that may differ from the above discount schedule.   There is $1 per piece charge for pulling items prior to end of consignment period.            We are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to your  merchandise and no money will be paid for these items.   Current Items List can be found by logging on to the consignor site on our website at  www.bubbleskids.com   All items not picked up within 7 days after drop off or 7 days after the end of the consignor period will become property of Bubble's Kids.   We reserve the right not to consign any item , any time for reasons not previously mentioned   Thank you for choosing Bubble's Kids to be your consigning partner.    I have read and agree to the terms above.    Signature:                                                                  Date:
